La Michoacana

5 stars! im writting this review because Ive had nothing but bad experiences with Michoacanas and I promised to stop going about a year ago. Everytime I went to a michoacana they got my order wrong and all the middle aged ladies have such a horrible attitude so I came in ready for that but my god this store is wayyyyyy different! they greeted me politely and its the best customer service ive received from any Michoacana. I came in for a yogurt and elote and they were so patient and friendly. I offered a $5 tip but they refused and told me to just spread the word. So here I am, I recommend this to everyone in the area that have had a similar experience to mine, if you want good food and good customer service without the attitude this is your spot!

We were driving by and seen they were open. We walked in and were greeted so kindly by a woman named Mindy. Shortly after a man named Randy came out and was getting to know us. He was extremely personable & offered us a free bag of large chips. Overall, the product was fresh (we ordered 2 fresh ice creams: mango & coconut). Best customer service HANDS DOWN!

To all my MacNeal workers if you’re tired of waiting for food come here just come here, I get an elote and 2 ice creams in 2 minutes it’s ridiculous. Gives me enough time to actually enjoy my bogus 30 minute break. This Michoacana is the goat. Highly recommend to workers taking a lunch that actually want to enjoy their lunch instead of waiting 20 minutes to pick up their food.
